However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. A thief: (a) on August 19, 2016, the Defendant: (b) opened a rocketing car of the victim D, parked in front of Guiri-si, and opened a car door at the victim’s own market value equivalent to KRW 2 million; (c) one TUMI (TUI) per 1; and one TUMI (TUI) per 90,000,000 won in market value; and (d) thefted with A, one (i) one (i) one (f) one (f) one (f) and one (f) one (f) one (f) one (f) and one (f) agricultural CFC card at the market value.

2. Fraud, attempted fraud, and violation of Acts of financial business specializing in credit finance;

A. On August 19, 2016, the Defendant: (a) used a taxi at an irregular place; (b) used a taxi; and (c) used a stolen 8,940 won, such as the preceding paragraph; but (d) used a SK credit card to obtain pecuniary benefits equivalent to the above money from a taxi driver and used a stolen credit card.

B. On August 19, 2016, at around 05:03, the Defendant: (a) stolen the alcohol value equivalent to KRW 200,00,00 from E’s main point in Gangdong-gu Seoul, as the preceding paragraph; (b) but (c) attempted to make payment by using the SK credit card; (d) but (e) refused approval by paying a clean credit card; and (e) attempted to obtain pecuniary benefits equivalent to the said amount from the main owner of the non-victim, but did so.

On August 19, 2016, around 05:09, the Defendant stolen the sum of KRW 45,00 from the F convenience store located in Gangdong-gu Seoul to KRW 45,00,00, as in the preceding paragraph, but made payment by using the SK credit card, the Defendant obtained the said sum of the said tobacco from the convenience store business owner who was in an unforeseen damage and acquired it by fraud, and illegally used the stolen credit card.

On August 19, 2016, the Defendant used a taxi at an unspecified place and paid 11,300 won by using a taxi as the preceding paragraph, but by using the SK credit card, the Defendant illegally acquired pecuniary benefits equivalent to the above money from the taxi driver and used a stolen credit card.
