Punishment of the crime
The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of a cargo vehicle B1.3 tons.
On November 02, 2017, the Defendant driven the above cargo vehicle at the speed of 12:15, and continued to drive it with the shooting distance range from the Seoul search to the front of the Seoyang-dong community service center, which is located in 131, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-gu.
At the same time, there is a left-hand turn sign indicating traffic safety facilities, and in such a case, the driver of the motor vehicle has a duty of care to safely drive the motor vehicle according to the direction sign.
