1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 45,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from September 29, 2018 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: To be as shown in attached Form of claims;
(2) The applicable provisions of Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act shall apply mutatis mutandis to the case of Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act.
