1. On November 27, 2017, the Suwon-si Court of Suwon-si, the Defendant’s decision to recommend the Plaintiff to make a recommendation of performance (No. 2017 Ghana213086) against the Plaintiff.

Reasons

1. The plaintiff to indicate the claim is merely a repayment of the loan to the non-party C through the defendant, but did not borrow money from the defendant. Thus, the plaintiff sought to exclude the executory power of the decision of performance recommendation as stated in the Disposition No. 1. 2. Decision No. 208(3)2 of the Civil Procedure Act
