1. The defendant delivers to the plaintiff the building indicated in the attached list, and from October 4, 2014, the above building is rendered.

Reasons

1. On June 4, 2012, the Plaintiff: (a) leased the building indicated in the separate sheet to the Defendant as KRW 1 million; (b) the Defendant did not pay the rent from October 4, 2014; (c) accordingly, the Plaintiff terminated the lease contract on the grounds of overdue rent; and (d) sought the return of the object and the payment of the overdue rent on the grounds of overdue rent at least twice; (c) on the basis of the judgment of deemed confession (Articles 208(3)2 and 150(3) of the Civil Procedure Act).
