However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

On December 4, 2017, the Defendant issued a false complaint to the said police station to the effect that, in order to have the Defendant C, who is the Defendant, was punished by a criminal punishment, at the Heungdong Police Station, No. 236, a 15-gilon-ro, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, and that, at the time of Cheongju, C stolen the Defendant’s driver’s license, applied for telebank at will from the Korean Livestock Industry, the Defendant applied for telebank at will, and transferred money in the passbook’s passbook to the account without permission, and submitted and received it to the said police station.
