The reasoning of this court's judgment is as follows: " September 11, 2013" in No. 4 of the judgment of the court of first instance in No. 3, 2013 is " September 17, 2013"; "PIN CD, 4.7MB" in No. 5 of the 5 is "PRINCO, 4.7GB"; and " September 11, 2013" in No. 13 is the same as the ground of the judgment of the court of first instance, except where " September 17, 2013" is deemed as " September 17, 2013". Thus, it is cited as it is in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.
Therefore, the judgment of the first instance is legitimate, and the plaintiff's appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition.
