Criminal facts
The facts constituting the cause of the attachment order and the attachment order (criminal facts) 2013,09
1. 2. On April 27, 2013, around 21:55 and around 22:00 of the same day, the Defendant: (a) heard the victim’s words “influence of a woman’s body” at the time and place specified in the foregoing paragraph (1); (b) had the victim induced him/her to leave his/her house to commit an indecent act; and (c) had the victim expressed that “I will leave his/her house to the north-gu; (d) I will leave the door to the north-gu; (e) I will leave the house to the house; and (e) had the victim believed that “I will leave the door to the north-gu; (e) I will leave the house to the front day of the “E” located in Ulsan-gu D; and (e) had the victim 1.5 km from the day to the front day of “EE” located in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu; and (e) had the victim committed an indecent act by force.
Then, the Defendant stated that the Defendant was “E” to the victim, but the victim rejected, and the victim was earlier than the “E” around 22:00 on the same day.
