On March 20, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to four months of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny by the Incheon District Court on March 20, 2015 and completed the execution of the sentence in the Incheon Detention House on May 28, 2015.

Criminal facts

1. On February 28, 2016, at around 04:00, the Defendant: (a) discovered the victim E-owned market value of the victim parked in that place; (b) discovered the FCA1105 Orala in an amount equivalent to KRW 1.5 million; and (c) destroyed the gap in the management of the victim’s fault; (b) cut off the city of the above Orala in the city of Orala.

2. On March 27, 2016, the Defendant, from around January 2016, 201, stolen a thief from the D restaurant specified in paragraph (1) to her delivery employee, and escaped from the said studio. On March 27, 2016, the Defendant: (a) discovered that the entrance was not set off during the working hours at the D restaurant; (b) opened the entrance of the said 20,00 won and the 20,000 won of cash owned by the victim E owned by the said stief; and (c) cut off the 20,000 won and the stief’s key to the said D restaurant. < Amended by Presidential Decree No. 27423, Mar. 27, 2016>

As seen above, the victim E, who was parked at the above location with the key and was parked at the parking lot of the above business establishment, used the PCX 125CC 200,000 won of the market value owned by the victim E, thereby resulting in the theft of the operation of the city by using the stolen key as above.

3. At around 10:30 on March 27, 2016, the Defendant violated the Automobile Management Act changed the “H” to “I” in a way of opening “H” of GPC X 125cc, which was stolen, as in the foregoing paragraph (2), to the extent that it does not go against the crackdown at a place of literature-dong, Nam-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City.

Accordingly, the defendant changed the two-wheeled automobile number plate.
