1. At around 02:03 on May 21, 2019, the Defendant injured the robbery by robbery: (a) discovered the victim D (the victim 43 years old) while driving the CNAS car on the road located in Yansan-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City on May 21, 2019; (b) tried to detect the victim D; (c) to steals the victim’s bank; and (d) 500 meters away from the road; (c) installed the above vehicle on the road; and (d) failed to resist the victim’s side, such as the victim, from behind the victim’s back to the ground; (d) prevented the victim from resisting the victim’s side, such as the victim from leaving the road on one occasion; and (e) continued to attach the said bank on one occasion at the above bank, the victim’s head was prevented from resisting; and (e) tried to escape from the road; and (e) tried to take the victim’s name by taking the victim away from the road.

As a result, the defendant strongly withdrawn the victim's property, and suffered injury to the victim, such as cryp dump, which requires approximately two weeks of treatment.

2. Although the Defendant is prohibited from operating a motor vehicle on the road, which is not covered by mandatory insurance for violating the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act, the Defendant operated a CNS motor vehicle on May 21, 2019 on the road located in YY-gu B at the Jeonsan-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City on May 21, 2019, and from February 1, 2019 to the same year.

5. By the end of 25.2, a passenger car not covered by mandatory insurance, such as the annexed list of crimes, was operated.
