1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiffs each amount stated in the "total amount of each plaintiff" as stated in the separate sheet and its related amount from October 16, 2013.

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. 1) The title of the rearrangement project: Daejeon District Two Residential Environment Improvement Project (hereinafter “instant project”).

(2) The location and area of the rearrangement zone: The project implementer of the Daejeon-dong, Dong-dong, Dong-dong, Dong-dong, Dong-dong, and Dong-dong 113,710.3 square meters, including the land owned by the plaintiffs: Defendant 4): The project period of the rearrangement project: The project implementation date of the project implementation authorization ( December 24, 2008) to December 5, 2013: The public notice of the authorization of the implementation of the rearrangement project: December 24, 2008, the public notice of Dong-dong, Daejeon-gu, Daejeon Metropolitan City 2008-39 square meters.

B. The date of commencement of expropriation by the Central Land Tribunal on August 22, 2013 (hereinafter “Adjudication of Expropriation”): The land, etc. subject to expropriation by the Plaintiffs on October 2, 2013: The same shall apply to the entry in the column of “land subject to expropriation and obstacles.”

C. Compensation 1 by the Central Land Tribunal on February 20, 2014 (hereinafter referred to as “adjudication”): An appraisal corporation and the Korea Appraisal Board (hereinafter referred to as “Appraisal Board”) (hereinafter referred to as “Appraisal Board”) shall be as indicated in the attached Form “the amount of an objection”:

A. The summary of the plaintiffs' assertion 1 is that the individual conditions of the land subject to expropriation in the instant case, or that of the residential environment improvement in the Large-Scale Area, "Enforcement on December 5, 2005," "Korea Rail Network Authority," and "Korea Rail Network Authority, July 10, 2008," respectively.
