1. Of the Plaintiff’s lawsuits, 51,650,000 won and 130,506,249 won per annum from October 1, 2013 to the date of full payment.
1. Basic facts
A. On October 2008, the Plaintiff entered into a contract to sell 203,500,000 won of the purchase price (hereinafter “the instant sales contract”) among the land of 20.2m2m2 in Jung-gu Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul and 6.1/111.8m2 (hereinafter “each of the instant land shares”) on the land of 20.1m2m2 in Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul, and D large 91.6m2 (hereinafter “the instant land shares”).
In selling and selling shares in each of the instant land, a sales contract is concluded on the condition that the Plaintiff is granted permission for a land transaction contract in the future with the following terms as the Plaintiff’s name “A” and the name “B” and one other as “B.”
Article 1 (Purpose) The purpose of this Agreement is to enable “B” and “B” to carry out an urban complex construction project by obtaining approval from the competent authority in accordance with the Special Act on the Maintenance and Improvement of Urban Areas and Dwelling Conditions for Residents and the Promotion of Urban Renewal so that “B” and “B” may carry out the same contract in good faith and sincerity.
Article 2 (Indication of Subject Matter of Sale): The purchaser shall pay the purchase price to the seller in the following manner of payment for the sale of the real estate, in full D 6.1/11.8 of the shares transferred to the Plaintiff on June 14, 207 91.60, 111.8 of the shares transferred to the Plaintiff on January 512, 201.8, the sum of the 6.1/111.888 of the shares transferred to the Plaintiff on November 12, 2011.83.
(In the event that a real estate sales contract is concluded for 39,650,000 won of the first intermediate payment of 72,800,000 won of the second intermediate payment of 62,700,000 won of the second intermediate payment of 31,000 won of the remainder payment of 40,700,000% of the payment on April 24, 2009, 200% of the aggregate payment of 203,50,000,000% of the payment on December 31, 2009, “A” means all of the documents required by “B” (other than land transaction documents, etc.) at the time of entering into a contract (other than land transaction documents, etc.).
