On September 24, 2020, the Defendant was sentenced to two years and six months of imprisonment for fraud at the Daejeon District Court on September 24, 202, and the judgment became final and conclusive on February 5, 2021.

1. On September 27, 2016, the Defendant entered the amount of KRW 12 million on the loan limit to “B”, “D”, and “B” and “B” in the address column in the name column of the obligor column of “B”, “B”, “B” and “B” as the applicant column after indicating that he/she consented to the collection, use, and provision of personal information. Since then, the Defendant submitted the above loan documents and confirmed that he was the victim’s employee by telephone, and obtained the loan from the victim as if he was B, and then received the loan from the victim. Since then, the Defendant received a transfer of KRW 12 million to G bank account in the above B’s name.

Accordingly, for the purpose of facilitating administrative affairs, the Defendant scam the above private electronic records file, which is a private document in B’s name, which is a private document on rights and duties, and submitted it to the above victim lending business entity and exercised it, and acquired money KRW 12 million from the above victim as a loan.

2. On February 28, 2017, the Defendant had the intent to repay the loans under the preceding paragraph at an irregular place and to obtain an additional loan in excess of three million won, and the Defendant’s access to the “C” Internet site by the credit service provider, which was the victim by c, to the fact that he/she had the said official certificate, to the effect that he/she was in possession of the said B.
