From June 2015, the Defendant supplied the F’s free-free anti-biotics column from the “F” located in the Pyeongtaek-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, and then re-packageded the certification number (in number H) of the eco-friendly anti-biotics product column (in number H) of the “G,” as if the said fraternity was produced in the “G” located in the permanent domicile of the North Korean territory, and supplied 15 Gu 1,500 caps to the business parties, such as Jma, etc., located in the Gyeongcheon-gun I.
