A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death or Injury caused by Dangerous Driving) is a person driving a car in C.
On November 21, 2013, at around 17:50, the Defendant driven the said car while under the influence of alcohol with 0.174% of alcohol concentration, and led the Defendant to drive the said car, and proceed to the roads adjacent to the road located in the Nowon-gun of the Jeonbuk-gun, beyond the boundary of the lower bank.
At the same time, the construction work near the road was carried out by the person in charge of traffic control, so there was a duty of care to safely drive the person engaged in driving service with a good view to the prior left.

However, due to the negligence that was not faced, the lower part of the K7 car became the front part of the Defendant’s car to be seen by the Defendant, and due to the shock, the said K7 car was pushed forward to the front part of the G K7 car driven by the victim F(the age of 52) who was under the influence of the vehicle at the front.
Ultimately, the Defendant is in need of the victim H (the 62-year old) who was on board the Defendant’s visible light car while driving the said visible light car due to influence of drinking, for about 3 weeks of the number of shares in need of a three-day medical treatment, injury to the victim I (the 64-year old) of the first half-water water-speaks for the first day of the number of shares in need of a three-day medical treatment, injury to the victim I (the 64-year old), injury to the left-hand speaks in need of a two-day medical treatment, and injury to the victim J(the 50-year old) who was on board the said K7-year medical treatment to the said victim D for about 2 weeks of the number of shares in need of a two-day medical treatment, and injury to the above victim F for about 2 weeks of a two-day medical treatment.
