From the early November 2015 to March 2016, the Defendant is between B and the internal relationship.

On February 2, 2016, the Defendant: (a) provided the Defendant’s Samsung Card under the name of the Defendant, upon the Defendant’s request, that “The card will not remain much; (b) so, the Defendant borrowed the Defendant’s credit card; and (c) provided the Defendant’s use of Samsung Card under the name of the Defendant.”

B used the Samsung Card for the settlement of living expenses, etc. from the early February 2016, and settled the liquor value of KRW 4 million with the above Samsung Card from the main point of the trade name "C," which is located at the time of Taecheon-si, around March 7, 2016.

Accordingly, the Defendant filed a request with B to return Samsung Card and pay the above Samsung Card price. On March 22, 2016, B returned the above Samsung Card to the Defendant by way of sending it to the Defendant around 10,000 won, and the Defendant did not pay the above KRW 4 million.

In order to file a false complaint.

On March 28, 2016, the Defendant brought Samsung Card, which was on the Defendant’s ground around early March 2016, at the Gangnam Police Station located in Gangseo-si, Gangnam-si, and settled KRW 4 million after taking the Samsung Card, which was on the Defendant’s ground on March 28, 2016, the Defendant punished as larceny and settled the principal time.

The phrase “a written complaint was prepared and submitted to the police officer in charge of the receipt of the case of the complaint,” and the statement was made to the effect that “B was stolen from the Defendant’s wall that was located on March 1, 2016, J. D apartment No. 204 Dong 407, J. 2016, and settled KRW 4 million at the drinking house.”

However, in fact, B used the above Samsung Card by the defendant with the permission of the defendant, and returned it to the defendant, and there was no theft of the above Samsung Card.

Accordingly, the defendant reported false facts to B for the purpose of having criminal punishment imposed upon B.
