However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

On April 18, 2013, the Defendant: (a) was a person in a relationship with the father C who died of the victim B (the age of 36) and was unable to find the victim’s residence and workplace from time to time; and (b) was subject to the court’s decision to prohibit access; (c) on August 12, 2013, the Defendant was subject to a summary indictment of KRW 3 million at the Dong District Office of Busan District Prosecutors’ Office on August 12, 2013, for causing injury to the victim, while the victim was found in the class of the fourth and fourth class of the e elementary school working for the victim in Busan Metropolitan Transportation Daegu, and was able to receive a provisional injunction for access.

For the foregoing reasons, the Defendant brought the victim with respect to religion.

I do not go up until the end of sweke.” The Defendant saw the victim as a teacher, at the school office of the above school, at a place where a large number of swelves, such as the swelve of the principal of the above elementary school, were born.”
