2. The conjunctive Defendant’s KRW 169,223,943 and the Plaintiff.

A. On February 11, 2014, the Plaintiff and Defendant C prepared a contract under which the Plaintiff and the limited liability company D owned by them (hereinafter “E”) will transfer the equity, business cargo car number, etc. (hereinafter “instant contract”, and the contract entered into by the instant contract is referred to as “instant contract”) and signed and sealed their respective seal impressions on the Plaintiff and Defendant C.
