However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

At around 21:50 on May 30, 2015, the Defendant obstructed legitimate performance of duties in relation to the suppression of and investigation into the crime committed by the police officer as follows: (a) two police officers, including Bridge E, etc., belonging to the Jeju Police Station D District of the Jeju Police Station, which was urgently called upon upon receipt of a report of 112 at C nearby the Jeju Police Station on May 30, 2015; (b) “I wish to know it to the Jeju Inspection Committee; (c) I want to know it; and (d) I want to know it to the Jeju Inspection Committee.”
