1. The defendant shall transfer to the plaintiff the equity shares listed in the attached list.
2. The costs of the lawsuit are assessed against the defendant.
Reasons
1. The Plaintiff, who indicated the claim, has held title trust with the Defendant a share in the attached list, but had expressed his/her intent to terminate the title trust to the Defendant on March 2015.
Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to transfer to the Plaintiff the equity shares listed in the separate sheet on the grounds of termination of title trust.
2. Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 (1) of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable provisions of Acts;
