A. On September 10, 2017, the Plaintiff lent 240,000,000 won to the Defendant, and determined the interest as 1.7% per month and the due date on September 10, 2018.

B. During that period, the Defendant repaid KRW 20,000,000 among the above loans.

C. The defendant did not repay the remainder of the loan even though the above repayment period expired.

Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay the Plaintiff the remainder of KRW 220,000,000 and the agreed interest rate of KRW 20.4% per annum from September 11, 2018 to the date of full payment, which is the day following the due date, to the day of full payment (=1.7% per month x 12 months).
