1. Defendants A, B, and C sought three women engaged in commercial sex acts from E (one person) in the area of Jenenaela in J (hereinafter referred to as J, K, K (hereinafter referred to as K), and L (L; hereinafter referred to as "L") in the area of J (J), on the condition that they pay 2.80,000 won per capita. One time price per commercial sex act is KRW 1.30,00 to 1.40,000, one half of the price per commercial sex act is distributed to Defendant C. The remaining amount is to acquire 10,000 won per time, one half of the total amount, and three women engaged in commercial sex acts to reside in the area of Jinna City; three women engaged in commercial sex acts in the area of commercial sex acts; and three women engaged in commercial sex acts in the area of commercial sex acts to contact with Defendants A and C, including 1.3 P,000,000 in an unspecified place of commercial sex acts; and Defendant C and Q.

On July 26, 2019, the Defendants informed of the Defendants’ commercial sex acts in the Vart located near Jinju-si, J and H of the said call to the effect that he would want to make a sexual traffic by telephone to the Defendant C, and that H would make a commercial sex act by the Defendant A’s vehicle driving, and arrange J and H to make a commercial sex act respectively with L and H, and that he received 2.80,000 won for two commercial sex acts from July 13, 2019 to the 26th day of the same month, as indicated in the list of crimes in the attached Table, and made a commercial sex acts of arranging commercial sex acts by collusion.

2. The Defendant D, while knowing that he had been aware of about 10 years ago with A, C, and B had engaged in the business of arranging sexual traffic, as described in paragraph (1), shall endeavor to assist the Defendant in doing so on July 26, 2019.
