Reasons
1. As a result of examining the Plaintiff’s grounds for appeal citing the judgment of the court of first instance and the evidence submitted by the parties, the court’s explanation on this case is identical to the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance, and thus, citing it as it is by the text of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.
2. In conclusion, the judgment of the court of first instance is just, and the plaintiffs' appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition.
