A. The relationship between the parties 1) The Defendant is a company that manufactures electric wires and electronic communications parts and wholesale and retail business in Asia-si. 2) The Plaintiff entered into an employment contract with the Defendant on February 10, 2015 and worked as the employee of the Defendant’s production team.

B. 2. Occurrence of liability for damages;
