A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant is a person who sells gas appliances for camping through the above Internet site while operating a “F” or “G” online shopping mall in the name of the Defendant’s Dong-si’s Dong-si’s Dong-si’s Dong-si’s Dong-si’s Dong-si’s Dong-si’s Dong-si’s Dong-si’s Dong-si’s Dong-si’s Dong-si’s Dong-si’s Dong-si’s Dong.
1. A violation of the Safety Control and Business of Liquefied petroleum gas;
(a) A person who intends to carry on a gas appliance manufacturing business without permission shall obtain permission from the competent authority for each place of business;
Nevertheless, around October 12, 2014, the Defendant manufactured a gas appliance manufacturing plant without permission from the competent authorities, and from then to March 18, 2017, the Defendant manufactured a gas appliance manufacturing business by manufacturing the pressure control machine (frings, sets, sets, gas pipes, valves (LPG 2, 3 distribution machines), gas connections (LPG 2, 3 distribution machines), valves (frings, etc. of foreign gas connects) throughout a total of 176 times, as shown in the list of crimes in the separate sheet of crimes, from March 18, 2017.
(b) A person who manufactures or imports uninspected gas appliances shall undergo an inspection by a competent authority prior to the sale or use of such gas appliances, and no gas appliances which fail to undergo an inspection by a competent authority shall be transferred, leased, used, or displayed for the purpose of sale;
Nevertheless, the Defendant in collusion with E, from October 12, 2014, sold a gas appliance manufactured as above without undergoing an inspection by the competent authorities before selling or using it, and from March 18, 2017, sold a gas appliance to H, which was a gas appliance that did not undergo an inspection by the competent authorities, such as written in the list of crimes attached hereto, until March 18, 2017.
