1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 10,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from July 5, 2018 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Judgment by service (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
3. Partial dismissal of the Plaintiff and C’s period of marriage and family relation, the content, degree and duration of the Defendant’s misconduct and the Defendant’s wrongful act, influence of the Defendant’s marital life between the Plaintiff and C, etc. shall be determined as KRW 10,000,000, and the remainder of the claim shall be dismissed.
