On June 13, 2013, around 01:01, the Defendant driven a vehicle of approximately 200 meters from the New R&Wn-Wn-Wn-Wn-si, 531-4, Hancheon-gu, Seocheon-si, Seoul, with a blood alcohol concentration of at least 0.134% under the influence of alcohol.
