건물인도
1. The defendant shall order each point of the indication 1, 2, 3, 4, and 1 of the annexed drawings among the first floor of the building listed in the annexed list to the plaintiff.
1. Indication of claim;
가. 원고는 2015. 9. 29. 피고에게 별지 목록 기재 건물의 1층 중 별지 도면 표시 1, 2, 3, 4, 1의 각 점을 차례로 연결한 선내 ㈎ 부분 20㎡(이하 ‘이 사건 방실’이라 한다)를 월차임 220,000원, 기간 2년으로 정하여 임대하는 내용의 임대차계약을 체결한 후 그 무렵 이 사건 방실을 인도하였다.
B. However, the Defendant did not pay the monthly rent after December 30, 2015, and did not pay the electric and water rates at all, and did not pay the Plaintiff a bath and used violence.
C. Therefore, the Plaintiff terminated the above lease contract and seeks to deliver the room of this case to the Defendant.
