The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Some of the facts charged were corrected.

On March 23, 2018, the Defendant sentenced seven months to imprisonment with labor at the Chuncheon District Court for the crime of interference with business, etc., and completed the execution of the sentence on May 22, 2018.

1. On July 17, 2019, at around 22:30, the Defendant: (a) requested the victim C to provide a singing room service, etc. to the victim without any intent or ability to pay the price in the entertainment tavern “” operated by the victim C, which is operated by the victim C, with the victim’s intention or ability to pay the price in the entertainment tavern “”; and (b) was provided with the victim with the victim’s singing room service equivalent to KRW 140,00,000 and KRW 90

3. At around 01:55 on July 18, 2019, the Defendant: (a) requested a police officer to wear F to the Defendant at the above place; (b) the Defendant expressed that F was “click, dead, flick; p. Shep. Shep.” and took a bath to the F’s face; (c) put the f’s face toward the F’s face; and (d) put the F’s face on his/her hand, interfere with the police officer’s legitimate performance of duties concerning the prevention, suppression, and investigation of the crime.

4. On July 18, 2019, the Defendant made a public performance obscene act by openly exposing a panty panty, by openly exposing a panty panty into a flagrant offender who was arrested as a flagrant offender in fraud at the D District located in Seongbuk-gu, Manam-si, Sungnam-si, as seen above.
