The defendant shall pay 32,592,257 won to the plaintiff and 20% per annum from March 11, 2020 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. Although the Defendant indicated the claim, under the employment of the Defendant from June 7, 2017 to February 25, 2020, provided labor, the Defendant sought payment of the said wages, retirement allowances, and damages for delay therefrom, as the amount of KRW 24,60,000 and retirement allowances of KRW 7,992,257, total amount of KRW 32,592,257, which was within 14 days from the date on which the cause for payment occurred, was within 14 days from the date on which the cause for payment occurred.
