1. The defendant shall pay 45,00,000 won to the plaintiff and 12% per annum from October 6, 2019 to the day of complete payment.

Reasons

1. On December 26, 2012, the Plaintiff seeking payment of KRW 45,00,000 which was not yet paid from the Defendant among KRW 50,00,000 that was lent to the Defendant on December 26, 2012, and damages for delay from the day following the delivery of a copy of the complaint in this case.

2. Judgment by public notice of applicable provisions of Acts (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act);
