The judgment of the court below is reversed.
A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and three months.
1. The judgment on the grounds of appeal is an unfavorable circumstance to the defendant that: (a) the defendant moved the place of business after closing his/her business to AA Gameland because he/she was in progress due to crackdown, etc.; (b) the defendant continued to operate the illegal game room after closing his/her business (the defendant attempted to escape V; (c) while running the illegal game room with V while he/she was arrested and detained, he/she continued to operate the illegal game room under the direction of the investigative agency upon receiving instructions from V during confinement; (d) the size of each game site of this case was large and organized, and the actual operating period was not short; and (e) the defendant appears to have provided a vehicle upon request of V with knowledge of the fact that he/she was in flight without attending the detention examination procedure, or prepared and arranged a large phone and operated a large phone at a place where he/she was living.

Therefore, the above circumstances are various records, such as the defendant's age, character and behavior, environment, family relationship, motive and circumstance of the crime, and circumstances after the crime.
