1. The Defendants jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 64,580,546 as well as KRW 38,074,83 among them, from August 10, 2019.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(However, the "creditor" is deemed to be the "Plaintiff", and the "debtor" to be the "Defendant". The plaintiff reduced part of the claim on delay damages in the claim in accordance with the statutory interest rate of Article 3 (1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings amended at the date of the first pleading.
