A. The Defendant is a medical institution established for the purpose of performing the business of treating local residents. From February 13, 2006, the Plaintiff entered into a labor contract with the Defendant as follows, and retired on April 30, 2013 when working at the Defendant’s hospital as B.

The term of the employment contract on February 13, 2006: The monthly payment on February 13, 2006 to December 31, 2006: 6,000,000 (including retirement benefits of 600,000 won on the basis of calculation of benefits) and the term of the employment contract on January 1, 2007: The monthly payment on January 1, 2007 to December 31, 207: 6,000,000 won including the total payment on January 1, 200 to December 31, 207; 1.06,00,000 won including the total payment on January 1, 208 to December 31, 200: 1.06,000 won including the total payment on September 1, 208 to December 31, 200, 200 won including the total payment on the employment contract;

B. The Plaintiff received money from the Defendant during the three-month period prior to his retirement from the Defendant as follows.

From February 1 to February 28, 2013, February 2013, to February 28, 2013, to March 1, 2013, to March 31, 2013, to April 31, 2013, to April 30, 2013, the base rate of KRW 7,900,000 per 89 days on April 31, 2013, to April 30, 2013; KRW 7,90,000 per 7,90,000, KRW 7,700,000 and KRW 6,00,00,000, KRW 6,00,000, KRW 6,000, KRW 6,000,008, KRW 18,00088, KRW 7,009, KRW 7,00088, KRW 7,000,008.
