B. Upon the Defendant’s request, the Plaintiff processed steel plates, etc. and supplied steel plates, etc. to the Defendant by December 1, 2016, and the price not paid up to the date is KRW 43,228,635.

According to the above facts of recognition as to the cause of the claim, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 43,228,635 won and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 6% per annum under the Commercial Act from December 11, 2016 to July 6, 2020, the delivery date of a copy of the complaint of this case, and 12% per annum under the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings from the next day to the day of full payment.

3. In conclusion, the plaintiff's claim of this case is justified and it is so decided as per Disposition.
