The plaintiff with the indication of the claim filed a lawsuit claiming reimbursement against the defendant in this court 2009Da190426, and the final and conclusive judgment in favor of the defendant was rendered. The plaintiff filed the lawsuit in this case for the interruption of extinctive prescription of the above final and conclusive judgment (Articles 208(3)1 and 257(1) of the Civil Procedure Act).
