1. The Defendant’s decision against the Plaintiff is based on the Seoul Central District Court Decision 2011Gaso2414569 Decided May 24, 2012.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(2) The Defendant: (a) changed from “Broman Capital Co., Ltd.” to the trade name as of March 7, 2012; and (b) the Seoul Central District Court Decision 2011Gau2414569 Decided May 24, 2012, entered the indication of the party concerned in the former trade name); (c) Article 208(3)1 of the Civil Procedure Act and Article 257(1) main text (a) of the Civil Procedure Act applied to the statute;
