A. The Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff) F shall draw up the attached Form No. 1 floor of the ground building on the real estate stated in the attached Form.

A. The J owned the real estate indicated in the attached Form (hereinafter “instant land”) and the building of 185.1 square meters and apap 185.1 square meters and office buildings (hereinafter “instant building”), and the Plaintiffs inherited J on February 11, 201 and shared the ownership of the instant land and the instant building.

B. On July 1, 2011, the Plaintiffs leased part of the annexd drawings (A) out of the first floor of the instant building to Defendant F as KRW 8 million, KRW 18 million, KRW 1,539,00 (payment on the last day of each month), and the period from July 1, 2011 to KRW 12 months. The Plaintiffs leased part of the annexd drawings (b) out of the first floor of the instant building to Defendant G as KRW 8.7 million, KRW 1,546,200 (end day of each month), and the period from July 1, 2011 to December 12, 201. The Plaintiffs leased part of the annexd drawings (C) out of the first floor of the instant building to Defendant H as KRW 18 million, KRW 2,911, KRW 500 (end day of each month), and the last day of each month from July 1, 2011 to KRW 200, KRW 15,2015.

(B) The Defendants and the Plaintiffs each of the above lease agreements was concluded, and accordingly, each of the instant lease agreements was leased by the Defendants.

The Defendants, in accordance with each of the instant lease agreements, received each of the instant leased premises on July 1, 201; Defendant F, Defendant G, Defendant H, and Defendant H, respectively, completed their business registration with the trade name of “K”, “L”, “M”, and “N”; thereafter, the Defendants and the Plaintiffs have renewed each of the instant lease agreements with each of the instant lease agreements.

The Plaintiffs, as between September 29, 2017 and the Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant) on September 29, 201, set forth the instant land and building KRW 6 billion.
