No person shall infringe on another person's trademark right and exclusive license, by using a trademark identical with the registered trademark of another person for goods identical with or similar to the designated goods, or possessing for the purpose of transferring or delivering goods identical with or similar to the designated goods bearing the registered trademark of another person or

On October 3, 2013, at around 01:15, the Defendant sold or displayed for sale, the so-called collective executive officers and employees, as indicated in the List of Crimes Nos. 1, the trademarks identical to those of another person’s registered trademark, such as flaz, flaz, Pata, Pata, Pata, Pata, Lata, Rata, Rata, Rata, Rata, and Rata, the Defendant infringed trademark rights or exclusive license by selling or displaying for the purpose of selling the so-called collective executive officers and employees, and goods, which are used without permission for the designated goods.

2. 피고인은 2013. 9.경부터 2013. 10. 21.까지 위 제1항과 같은 역 9번 출구 옆 공영주차장 내 B 스타렉스 차량 등에 타인의 등록상표인 루이비통, 샤넬, 멀버리, 포르쉐, 까르띠에, 페레가모, 버버리, 몽블랑, 프라다, 구찌와 동일한 상표들을 별지 범죄일람표(A) 기재와 같이 그 지정상품에 무단으로 사용한 소위 짝퉁 상품들을 판매 목적으로 보관하여 상표권 내지 전용사용권을 침해하였다.
