1. Defendant A

A. At around 18:30 on April 17, 2015, the Defendant administered a phiphone by having H, which was known through G, a mobile Messenger, in the ambane room located in Geumsan-si, Geum-si, the Defendant administered a philopon using a single-use injection device (ordinary 0.03gg.) equivalent to psychotropic drugs for one-time medication (i.e., one philopon; hereinafter referred to as “philopon”).

B. On May 6, 2015, around 23:00, the Defendant administered the medication by requiring the said H to take an amount equivalent to the one-time medication of phiphones in the guest room in the “J” Madon Madon Madon, which is located in the window I of Changwon-si, Changwon-si.

C. On May 26, 2015, at around 21:30, the Defendant purchased 300,000 won from G from “L” 301 to “L” 21:30,000, and 300,000 won from “L” 301 to “L” 300,000,000.

2. Defendant B

A. On February 8, 2015, at around 16:30, the Defendant issued phiphones by using a one-time injection device for injection on the hand, etc. of the above A from the trade incompeting room located in the window of Changwon-si, Changwon-si.

B. On June 10, 2015, the Defendant: (a) around 16:00, approximately 0.05 ghopphones from the guest room located in the Daegu Seo-gu N., Seo-gu.
