The Defendant is a member of the call center staff of the telephone finance fraud (hereinafter referred to as the “scaming”) organization that steals money under the pretext of the cost of issuing a guarantee insurance policy, fees, etc. by misrepresenting a loan to many and unspecified domestic people by putting a telephone to a third party in the Republic of Korea.

The Defendant conspired to commit telephone financing fraud in sequence (total Responsibilities), D, E, F, G (former Manager), H, H, K, K, M, M, N,O, P, Q, Q, S, T, U, V, W, AB, AB, AC, AE, AE, AE, AF, AF, AH, AF, AH, AJ, AJ, AJ, AK, AM, AL, AM, AP, AP, AP, Q, ATR, ATS, and AV, and the Defendant took part in the act of falsely inducing a Chinese call service provider to use a telephone phone number provided by an accomplice at the Chinese Cheongdo Center on March 22, 2013.

1. In collusion, the Defendant, as an employee of the Call Center, committed a telephone financial fraud crime by making a false call to the victims, and then, the Defendant, on June 20, 2013, by misrepresenting the victim AW at the Call Center located in China’s Cheongdo, by making a telephone call to the victims, and by misrepresenting him/her at the call center located in China’s Cheongdo, he/she received KRW 600,000 from the victims to the Saemaul Bank Account in AX and A’s name on the same day, and subsequently, acquired KRW 85,417,900 in total from the victims of total 73 damage, such as the one at No. 1 through No. 73 in the List of Crimes, from the end of December 2013.

2. The Defendant, such as a computer, was an employee of the call center in collusion with the above, who committed a crime of telephone finance fraud by making a call call to the victims, and the Defendant was an unwritten accomplice at the call center located in the Chinese Cheongdo around October 15, 2013, by making a call to the victim AZ at the call center located in the Chinese Cheongdo.
