2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

A. According to the Land Survey Division written in the Japanese occupation period of the Land Survey Division, Gyeonggi-do Gwangju-gun B (hereinafter “instant single-land”) 953: 44 years old (Seo-gu 1911)

8.2. D residing in Gwangju-gun, Gyeonggi-do 1,35 square meters (hereinafter “instant double-owned land”), 1,836 square meters (hereinafter “instant three-owned land”), 1,410 square meters (hereinafter “instant fourth-owned land”), 1,410 square meters in G-gun in Gyeonggi-do (hereinafter “instant four-owned land”), and 504 square meters in Gwangju-gun in Gyeonggi-do 44 years.

7. 30. D sets out that each circumstance was received.

B. 1) Division of each of the original lands of this case and the Defendant’s preservation of ownership, etc. 1) from the original lands of this case on Nov. 2, 1972, each of the lands listed in Tables 1 and 2, 1, 1972, from the original lands of this case on Jul. 3, 1973, each of the lands listed in Tables 3 and 4, 3, and 5, and 6, from the original lands of this case on Jul. 3, 1973, each of the lands listed in Tables 7, 8, and 1, from the original lands of this case on Aug. 13, 1962, each of the lands listed in Schedule 9, from the above I land of this case on the same day, and the lands listed in Schedule 10, from the J land of this case on the same day (hereinafter “the land of this case”) were divided into the lands listed in Schedule 1, 1973.

(2) As to the land of this case 1, 2, the defendant completed the registration of preservation of ownership in each of the defendant's names as the receipt No. 7497 of Oct. 8, 1996 with respect to the land of this case 3, 4, 5, and 9 as to the land of this case 1, 2, as the Suwon District Court Branch of Sungwon District Court No. 18821, Sep. 4, 192, and as to the land of this case 3, 4, 5, and 9, as the receipt No. 47497 of Oct. 8, 1996 by the same registry office as to the land of this case 7, 10, as the receipt of No. 7061 of Dec. 11, 1962 by the same registry office No. 7062 of Dec. 11, 1962.

3 With respect to the remaining land except for the portion which was divided from each of the aggregate land of this case and has become a road, the land of this case is in accordance with the Act on Special Measures for the Registration of Ownership of Real Estate.
