Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.
If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.
Punishment of the crime
At around 17:40 on September 10, 2012, the Defendant operated B rocketing vehicles with approximately 4 kilometers from the vicinity of the Gecheon-si Station, Seocheon-si to the roads in front of 277-24 of the same Do road in the same Gu, with blood alcohol concentration of 0.153%.
