1. The defendant shall pay 85,50,000 won to the plaintiff and 15% per annum from January 18, 2019 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Judgment deeming the confession (Article 208(3)2 of the Civil Procedure Act, and Article 208(3)2 of the Defendant is not present on the date of pleading, since only the formal written reply demanding the rejection of the Plaintiff’s claim was served with the written complaint and the written statement demanding the rejection of the Plaintiff’s claim was presented, it shall be deemed that all the Plaintiff’s allegations were led to confession
