A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for four months and by imprisonment for six months.

However, as to the Defendants, this is against the Defendants.

1. No person who defendant A shall engage in the business of exchanging, arranging exchange or repurchase tangible or intangible results obtained through the use of game water;

From November 1, 2016 to June 28, 2017, the Defendant, by accessing the “E” website opened by the Defendant’s home of the C subparagraph D of the building C, with access to the “E” website opened by the Defendant, and then remitting approximately KRW 1,158,00 per unit to the Agricultural Cooperative (G) account in the name of F to KRW 18,00 to KRW 20,00,000 per unit, each of which interferes with the normal operation of the game product from the person in the name of the Defendant.

From November 2, 2016 to August 16, 2017, the Defendant: (a) set up “H” Game Account 15; (b) 20 “I” Game Account; and (c) obtained a game item by directly using the above five program or directly performing the game in connection with the said game at the said place; and (d) obtained a benefit of KRW 40,009,251 in total, by selling the said game item in J, K, and game, the site of the transaction of the item, as shown in the attached Table (A).

As a result, the defendant was engaged in the business of exchanging tangible and intangible results obtained through the use of game water.

2. Defendant B

(a) No person who violates the Act on Promotion of Use of Information and Communications Network and Information Protection, etc. shall knowingly receive any divulged personal information for profit or any unlawful purpose;

On September 19, 2016, the Defendant transferred 50,000 won to the Agricultural Cooperative Account (G) in the name of F and disclosed personal information on the sales of non-personal information acquired through the Internet in order to exchange a game item with the use of the game item from “M PP” operated by the Defendant in Mapo-si, Sinpo-si, Mapo-si.
