The judgment below

Examining the reasoning of the judgment below and the first instance court in light of the evidence duly admitted, it is just for the court below to find the Defendant guilty of the facts charged of this case on the grounds as stated in its reasoning. In so doing, it did not err by misapprehending the rules of logic and experience and the rules of evidence and exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence, or by misapprehending the legal principles as to the consideration in the crime of acceptance of bribe,

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
