피고인은 2017. 11. 14. 04:48 경 서울 서초구에 있는 뱅뱅 사거리 부근의 번지를 알 수 없는 식당 부근 도로에서부터 같은 구에 있는 B 앞 도로까지 약 3km 구간에서 혈 중 알콜 농도 0.128% 의 술에 취한 상태로 C 그랜저 승용차를 운전하였다.
