As to the above case, Article 1 (1) Item 1 of the Criminal Code is applicable to the judgment rendered on April 30, 2014 by this court.

Reasons

In light of criminal facts and applicable provisions of law, criminal facts in the above case shall be determined as ordered by Article 25(1) of the Regulations on Criminal Procedure, since it is clear that Article 151 of the Road Traffic Act was omitted in the corresponding Article of the Act on the Punishment, etc. of Criminal Crimes in Article 25(1) of the Regulations on Criminal Procedure.
