However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

On December 18, 2006, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine for the violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the port branch of the Daegu District Court on December 18, 2006, and on October 17, 201, by the same court.
