The judgment below

Examining the reasoning of the lower judgment in light of the evidence duly admitted by the first instance court and the lower court, it is justifiable to have determined that the instant facts charged was recognized on the grounds as stated in its reasoning.

There are no errors in the misapprehension of legal principles as to the relation of compensation in the crime of taking good offices or taking good offices, such as finding facts contrary to logical and empirical rules and the principle of free evaluation of evidence as alleged in the grounds of appeal.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
